Reginald Wallace, President of Wallace Development Partners, began his career in architecture in 1998, drafting retail strip centers, drug stores, and significant big box retail improvements. In 2002, he transitioned to residential architecture, designing luxury homes exceeding 10,000 square feet, multifamily residences, and planned unit developments across the Southeastern states of South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Finally, in 2007, Reginald transitioned to the “dark side” and entered the development arena with distinguished firms including Kahn Development (SC), Walt Disney World (FL), and a national multifamily merchant builder (FL).
Over his career, Reginald’s responsibilities have encompassed the full life cycle of a deal beginning with site selection and acquisitions, negotiating joint venture agreements, and progressing through preliminary site planning, proforma and cash flow modeling, managing budgets, entitlement approval, overseeing design and construction phases, and finally disposition.
Reginald, from South Carolina, is an alumni of Clemson University. He is a family man; married with two small boys. Beyond real estate, you’ll find him at his local church, various baseball tournaments, or at the beach!
